The organisation supports women in building confidence and essential skills to succeed as students, professionals, and future entrepreneurs within Malta, Europe, and the Mediterranean region.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"763\">W.E.M. creates inclusive entrepreneurial networks and works to remove barriers that limit women\u2019s access to resources, mentorship, and professional support. It offers workshops, training programmes, and mentoring opportunities focused on leadership, innovation, and financial literacy, connecting participants with experienced mentors, industry experts, and potential investors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"1013\">Through its activities, W.E.M. promotes diversity, inclusion, and creativity while encouraging women to take active roles in shaping society. The organisation aims to build a supportive ecosystem where women are empowered to grow, lead, and thrive.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1188\">In relation to the \u201cYouth for a United Europe\u201d project, W.E.M. contributes strong expertise in youth engagement, empowerment, and social inclusion.
