Action Synergy S.A. is a Greece-based organization with extensive experience in education, training, and the development of innovative e-learning solutions. Since 1986, it has actively participated in numerous European Union programmes (including COMETT, SOCRATES, LEONARDO DA VINCI, LLP, and ERASMUS+), building strong expertise in managing and coordinating transnational projects. In recent years, the organization has focused on promoting social inclusion in education, preventing early school leaving, and strengthening basic and transversal skills, particularly among disadvantaged groups. It has led and contributed to several Erasmus+ KA3 policy innovation projects such as SEDIN, EAR, and DIVERSE, as well as initiatives addressing bullying and gender-based violence in schools through innovative methods like drama, storytelling, and Socratic dialogue. Its team combines long-standing expertise in project management, teacher training, ICT-enhanced learning, and educational research, supported by highly qualified professionals with backgrounds in European project coordination, ICT systems, social sciences, and multilingual international collaboration.
